Welcome to Weeden & Associates!

We specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families in crisis around a wide variety of behavioral health concerns that may present with symptoms of anxiety and depression.  Our patients have often used coping behaviors that have made matters worse (alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, being overly involved with work/career, internet gaming, pornography, emotional and/or physical affairs.)

Our clinicians are trained to assess and listen for underlying issues that have prevented our patients from recognizing and naming feelings that need to be validated and processed in order for healing to occur.

We are a small practice of seasoned therapists with over 73 years of combined experience.  Our approach uses a cognitive behavioral approach and is strength- based, focusing on what patients can do differently to overcome issues that have kept them from realizing their full potential as valuable human beings.
